1325 ATC CNC with Horizontal Spindle
The is a multi-functional wood CNC router machine with a working size of 1500x3000x200mm. It is equipped with a horizontal spindle and a rotary device to realize side punching and cylindrical carving in one operation. In addition, the automatic tool changing function reduces non-production time and improves work efficiency.
1. The tooling can be used to process the furniture with a tenon and mortise structure.
2. It adopts LNC 2200 integrated control system and handwheel operation method, which is easy and convenient to learn and operate.
3. The 6-zone vacuum worktable has a strong adsorption capacity to fix the panel firmly on the tabletop during the process. 6 zones of the vacuum table can be controlled independently by the vacuum valves.
4. Its rotary device is good at carving and engraving a variety of cylinders, such as table legs, chair legs, handrails, frames, pillars, statues, etc.
5. The horizontal spindle can realize the side slotting and punching of the plate, saving labor and improving work efficiency.
