Payment Policies

Individual Sales

We require that all online orders be paid using a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and Mastercard.

If you are buying in-store, purchases may be paid using any of the approved credit cards listed above, cash, local check or money order at the time of purchase.

Corporate Sales

If you are a corporate customer, there are a variety of ways to pay for your purchase through Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company. Some of these payment methods include direct invoices to the company, use of company P-cards, personal credit card, payroll deduction plan (PRD), or company paid subsidy program.

Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company will invoice your company directly, and your company will deduct your purchase from your paychecks. Deduction frequency and amounts deducted are determined by your employer.

An Advanced Exchange could result in a balance of $0.00 if the return shoe is sent back within 10 business days of receiving the return, an added charge if the outgoing shoe is more expensive, or a refund to the customer if the new shoe is less expensive. If the purchase was completed with a credit card, the return will need to be authorized again in order to complete the transaction.
