Shipping

Our website never sleeps! That means you can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our corporate offices are open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST (excluding holidays).

Our carrier delivers Monday - Friday to all 48 states (business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather) Please also note that the day the shoe ships is not counted as a shipping day. We do ship Bulk Shipment to Honalulu weekly. From there, items are shipped to individual addresses. Oahu items are delivered in 3 days from arrival, outer islands are slightly longer.

Salt Lake City ships most of our Hawaii orders, regular GROUND is 3 Days.

Alaska is 4 days from Salt Lake City and Delaware shipping facilities.


Expedited Shipping

Orders for expedited shipping must be placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday for same day shipping with the options of Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air services. We suggest only choosing Expedited options for items we show in stock. Orders placed for in-stock shoes after 2 pm on Friday may not ship until the following Monday. We do not refund shipping charges that are delayed due to inclement weather or Holidays.

Once you submit your online order, you will receive an automated email with your purchase summary.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of your order.

What if my shoe isn't in stock?

In the event that the footwear you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to update you with the status of your order. We may suggest an alternate in-stock style if there happens to be a long delay with the availability of the footwear you request.

We do not bill customers for items that are back-ordered. If an order has been canceled due to item availability, your account will not be charged.

Our carrier only ships to physical locations. Contact our corporate office at (800) 221-8843 or info@safgard.com if you have any questions about shipping to a P.O. box, shipping outside the continental United States. You will incur additional charges for shipping outside of the continental United States, overnight shipping, and/or two day air options. At this time we are unable to ship to Canada. We hope to rectify this issue in the near future. In the meantime we do have selected styles on Amazon as they do ship to Canada.

International Shipping Policy

We are only able to ship bulk orders internationally. Rates will vary depending on location.
